DESCRIPTION:Hollister Hills SVRA Park-Wide Scavenger Hunt Geocache Bash Hollister Hills State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA) is gearing up to host its Annual Geocache Bash on Saturday\, September 25 (9-2:30pm). Participants will receive free day admission to the park as they go on a scavenger hunt for newly released geocaches via 4x4\, motorcycle\, hiking\, or bicycling in designated areas of the park. To participate in the Geocache Bash\, please follow designated signs to Area 5 Group Camp for event registration beginning at 8am. A smart phone or GPS device is required to participate. Due to the topography and tree coverage of the park smart phone-based GPS can be spotty. If using a smart phone\, it is recommended to download the Geocaching app before arrival. Complimentary lunch is provided by the parks cooperating association\, Hollister Hills Off-Road Association (HORRA) at 12pm.
