Choose between a 5K race or a 1-Mile untimed fun run and make unforgettable memories along the way. The River Run 2024 offers a unique experience through the Southside Sand and Gravel Quarry, where you'll be able to see a working quarry site, the scenic banks of the San Benito River, specialized equipment that processes the rock, and breathtaking natural surroundings. We offer pricing options for both individuals and families, with a special family rate for groups of four or more. The event kicks off at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14. Please arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. to ensure ample time for parking and to collect your runner's bib. The River Run, a Graniterock event, benefits the YMCA of San Benito County.
